Gary and Debbie Cowles of Menomonie celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in Richland Center on Saturday with family and friends with a dinner at the White House. They have two sons, David of Los Angeles, Calif., who flew in for the celebration, and Philip of Madison. Debbie is the daughter of Wilfred Moser, now deceased, and Arlene Moser of Richland Center.
