Roger and Carol Sedgwick will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014 with refreshments served at an Open House from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Holiday Gardens Convention Center (across the street from the Potosi Brewery) in Potosi. 
Roger and Carol were married at Davies Memorial United Church of Christ in Potosi on Aug. 22, 1964.
They are the parents of Lori (Marty) Adams of Greenleaf, Jim (Susan) of Germantown, Ron (Lisa) of Prairie du Chien and Dan of Platteville. Additionally they have six grandchildren: Emily, Erin and Luke Adams; Sarah and Emma Sedgwick; and Cameron Sedgwick as well as four step-grandchildren: Lindsay, Tom, Ashley (fiancé Sean) and Gavin Gillitzer.
