David and Katie Gerhards, Lancaster, announce the birth of their son, Ansen David Gerhards, at 2:37 p.m. on Monday, June 2 at Southwest Health Center.
Ansen weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Frank and Rachel Smith, Hillsboro, and Joyce Walter, Potosi.
Great-grandparents are Don and Alyce Stowell, Yuba, and Ed Breitsprecker and Ron and Sandy Gerhards, all of Potosi.
Ansen’s father is a graphic designer and his mother is a program assistant.
