Dan and Emily Pape of Mt. Horeb are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Frances Pape, on Friday, Sept. 30 at 9:10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.
Betsy weighed eight pounds, five and one-half ounces and was 21.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Jim and Geri Wieters of Platteville, and Sue and Harry Pape of Sauk City. 
Great-grandparents are Donna Kuchemann of Platteville, Ernest Wieters of Galena, Ill., and Melania Pape and Florence Hosig, both of Sauk City.
Betsy’s father is a salesman for BG Products and her mother is an auditor for the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau.
