Friday, Feb. 27—Josh and Jennifer Bailie of Lancaster, a daughter, Kassidi Jean Bailie, 6 pounds 12 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 2:01 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins siblings, Jackson and Eli. Grandparents are Terry and Sue Bailie and Jerry and Cathy Sigg.
