Thursday, July 12—Brian and Teresa Muldoon of Lancaster, a daughter, Lydia Grace Muldoon, 7 pounds 3 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 11:10 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins brothers, Logan 5 and Brady 3. Grandparents are Mark and Diane Muldoon of Lancaster and Larry and Carol Addison of Lancaster.
