Mathias (Matt) Tang and his wife Ivy (Jin Yi-Min) Tang of Shanghai, China, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter. Madeleine (Chen-Xi) Turing Tang was born on Oct. 5 at Parkway Health Center in Shanghai, China. 
Madeleine weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.7 inches long.
Madeleine’s grandparents are Cindy Tang of Platteville and the late Min Ming Tang.
Great-grandparents are Helen Clinton, Kewaunee, and John Mathias of Las Vegas, Nev.
Madeleine is home with her parents in Shanghai and they are planning a visit to Wisconsin in December.
