Wednesday, March 4—Ashley Steiner and Scott Neeley of Cassville, a daughter, Paisley Alix Nicole Neeley, 6 pounds 3 ounces, 19.5 inches long, born at 4:33 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins a sibling, Aiden. Grandparents are Jim and Virginia Neeley and Eric and Sandy Steiner.
