Friday, Sept. 16—David and Christal Foreyt of Fennimore, a daughter, Rachel Kay Foreyt, born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She joins siblings, Elly, Dalton, Riley and Noah.  Grandparents are George and Diane Foreyt of Bloomington and Levern and Shirley Thyer of Fayette, Iowa.  Great-grandmother is Margery Tarnowski of Lancaster.
