Amanda Maahs and Nathan Salzmann announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The wedding ceremony will be at 4 p.m. on Sept. 30 at St. John’s Placid in Epworth, Iowa. A reception will follow at Peosta Community Center in Peosta, Iowa.

Amanda is the daughter of Tony and Kim Maahs of Epworth, Iowa. Nathan is the son of Don and Nancy Salzmann of Platteville.

Amanda graduated from Western Dubuque High School and the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. She currently works at Dubuque Bank and Trust in the Wealth Management Group.

Nathan graduated from Platteville High School and UW-Platteville. He currently works at Sports World in Prairie du Chien.
