Robert and Terry Oyen of Potosi, and Maury and Cheryl Allen and the late Jackie Allen of Hazel Green, are happy to announce the engagement of their children, Kelly Linn Oyen to Michael David Allen, both of Hazel Green. Kelly is a 1995 graduate of Potosi High School and is employed at Dubuque Schools. Mike is a 1991 graduate of Southwestern High School and is employed at Dubuque Plastics and is a varsity boys basketball coach for Southwestern Schools. The couple plans to wed Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 at Grant Park in Galena, Ill., with a reception to follow at Ehrler Ranch in Galena.
