Walker signs Sparsity Aid bill at Riverdale

Gov. Scott Walker signed Sparsity Aid Legislation into law at Riveradle High School Monday morning. Assembly Bill 835 proposed by 17th District Wisconsin State Senator Howard Marklien (R-Spring Green) increases sparsity aid from $300 to $400 per pupil for the 2018-19 school year, estimated to increase state aid for smal rurals chool districts with relatively large geographic size by $6 million.
