Platteville High School will present Walt Disney’s “Tarzan” in the newly renovated PHS auditorium Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m.

Based on the 1999 animated Disney film, “Tarzan” features the music of Phil Collins, including the Oscar-winning “You’ll Be In My Heart.”

This production features students in a cast of 39, an orchestra of 16, and a crew of 18.

Special family activities are being offered in the PHS commons and gym Saturday from noon to 1:30 p.m., including an FFA concession stand, Key Club face painting, and a special story hour held by the Platteville Public Library.

To register for story hour, email musical director Amelia Armstrong, armstrong@platteville.k12.wi.us, by the end of today.

Note to readers: The day of the week of performances was incorrect in The Journal last week.
