The Platteville Driftbusters snowmobile club held its annual Radar Run at The BarN Saturday. Snowmobile owners raced against the clock and each other, and others tried to use speed and momentum to defeat gravity, specifically a pit of water. The event also featured the annual Bikini Run, in which participants raised pledges for the Grant County Cancer Coalition. Unlike last year, when wind chills dropped below zero, temperatures were around normal this year, and for the second time in three years snow had to be brought in for the event, since it missed Sunday’s snowfall by one day.
