To honor their mother, Pauline Wilson, the Wilson family recently presented a check in the amount of $2,065 to help with the cost of new lights for the parking lot at Lafayette Manor in Darlington.
    Pauline worked nights for many years at the hospital and knew well what it was like to come out of work late to find her way home in darkness. Pauline and her husband, Lecil, also received care at Lafayette Manor and appreciated the many staff that work there. 
     The Wilson family said, “Many special [manor] staff go out of their way daily to make our loved ones more comfortable and happy.”
