Arliss H. Coulthard, 95, of Shullsburg, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Shullsburg Home, 204 East Water Street. Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in Shullsburg. Friends called after 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Shullsburg. He was born October 27, 1917 in White Oak Springs Township the middle of five children to John Wesley and Annie Ellen (Tippett) Coulthard.
