LANCASTER – Charlotte E. Cook, age 96, of Lancaster, died Monday, October 08, 2012 at the Lancaster Care Center.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.  Burial will be in Boice Prairie Cemetery.  Family and friends may call on Friday, October 12, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.  Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster is serving her family.
