Kevin E. Johnson passed away surrounded by the love and warmth of his family on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the age of 66. He was born on July 14, 1951.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, June 22, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Rd. (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha, from 3:00-5:45 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. Additional Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 24, at Five Points Lutheran Church, 25744 Five Points Dr., Blue River, from 11:00 a.m. until the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Five Points Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to AngelsGrace Hospice or Five Points Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
