Lawrence (Larry) Davenport, of Soldiers Grove, passed away on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at his home.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Community of Christ Church of Montgomeryville, rural Soldiers Grove. Burial was in the Montgomeryville Cemetery. Friends called at the Sime Funeral Home in Readstown on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, please give donations to the church.

The Sime Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
