Lawrence “Larry” E. Ellenbolt, 86, died peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Boscobel Care and Rehabilitation in the Memory Care Unit where he has called home for the last six years.

Larry’s diagnosis was Lewy Body Dementia/Alzheimer’s.  He was born May 30, 1928, the youngest child of Fred and Minnie (Anderson) Ellenbolt in McGregor, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Blue River United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Blue River Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Blue River United Methodist Church on Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers or memorials, Larry’s family would like you to do something nice for someone else.
