MOUNT HOPE—Phyllis M. French, age 74, of Mount Hope, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. 

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 18 at 1:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Bloomington with Rev. Mary Ann Floerke officiating. Burial was in Hermitage Cemetery, Mount Hope.
