Victor C. Kincannon, 80, of Fennimore, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, in Prairie du Chien.

    The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church hall on Tuesday morning.
