Wencle H. “Jr.” Foyt, 80, of Stitzer, passed away on Monday evening, Dec. 3, 2018, at the Lancaster Care Center.

    At the request of the family, there will be no memorial services at this time. A graveside service at the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster, along with Military Honors, will be held at a later date.
