LANCASTER—William C. “Bill” Novinski, 83, of Lancaster, died on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Orchard Manor, Lancaster. 

Funeral services were at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, Platteville.  Rev. Catherine Carlson officiated.
