William V. "Waldo" Bender, 59, of Janesville died on April 7, 2012, in Janesville. He was born in Richland Center on Feb. 18, 1953, son of Guy and Ardis (Sittig) Bender. Services were held on April 10. The complete obituary was be in the May 10, 2012, issue of The Richland Observer.
