To the Boscobel School District voters:

I am not asking you to vote for or against the referendum. However, I would like you to be aware of proposed legislation by Duey Stroebel placing restrictions on school referenda—that there be a two year waiting period following failed referenda. So suddenly it becomes very important to check your motives and possible ramifications of your vote.

Voters have been encouraged to use their vote as a protest against current administrators and school board. I suggest you use your vote —for or against—on whether you think the school buildings should or need to be taken care of, upgraded, repaired, etc. and other possible ramifications of a failed referenda.
